HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

PROCESSING TIME (accessories)

Processing is 3-5 business days.

This is the time between when an order is placed by a customer to when the order is fulfilled by us.

PROCESSING TIME (clothing)

Dependent on each item. Fulfillment is typically 5 business days, but can be longer for some items. Check item descriptions for estimated delivery based on location.

SHIPPING TIME (US)

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

USPS Priority: 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

What is Route Package Protection? Do I need it?

Add Route Package Protection to your order at checkout for package protection and seamless resolution for order issues. Issues include lost package, stolen package or damaged item(s) in transit. You can view your deliveries in the Route mobile app to get a real-time view of where your package is. 

If you do not add Route Package Protection upon checkout, your order IS NOT INSURED. We highly recommend adding Route in case of any issues. We do not replace lost or stolen packages unless Route is purchased. Route cannot be added to your order after checkout. If an issue arises, reach out to Route for a quick resolution.

Route will refund the cost of the item(s) alone when the issue is approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees.

When should I order for an upcoming event? (accessories)

Please order at least 2 weeks prior to when items are needed if you are US based. Upgrade to priority shipping for fastest delivery.

If international, it is suggested to order at least one month prior to your festival. International shipping is longer and timing varies due to customs.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

Our accessories ship from the Atlanta office. Clothing is shipped separately from multiple warehouses across the US.

If you order both accessories + clothing, expect at least two separate packages. You will receive tracking for each.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to prolong the life of your jewelry. When traveling, we suggest storing items in a box to protect from cracks and damage. Our items are handmade and should be handled with care.

Do I order here or on Etsy?

We suggest ordering on nomadkandi.com for the best deals and more product selection! Our clothing collection is only offered here on our official site.

USPS tracking

Tracking is ALWAYS provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless Route Package Protection is added upon checkout. If an issue arises, reach out to Route for a resolution.

Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection to every order.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

My order arrived broken. What can I do?

If your order is damaged in the mail, please contact Route immediately.

If you did not purchase Route Package Protection at checkout, your order is not insured.

Cancellations & returns

Returns are not accepted. If there is an error or damage to your order, we are happy to assist. Cancellations of jewelry will be honored if the customer reaches out within 24 hours of order placement.

Clothing cannot be cancelled once items have began fulfillment. All clothing is made to order.

Can I exchange/ return my order?

We are unable to allow returns or exchanges of accessories or clothing. Please view sizing charts and message us with questions before placing an order. We are happy to help!

Custom and personalized orders

To keep processing time as minimal as possible, we do not offer customized products. This applies to all items in the shop. Items will be shipped AS ORDERED/SHOWN. Requests for changes sent via message or added to notes of orders will not be made with exception of size adjustments. To continue shipping orders as fast as possible, this is the policy.

There are no available upgrades for gift wrapping. ALL orders come packaged.

Sizing details

CHOKERS
Most of our chokers and necklaces are made to be adjustable. For exact sizing of each item please see item description.
We aim to accommodate ALL sizes. Please message us for assistance after reading all provided information in the product description. We strive for inclusivity of all items.

BELTS/CHAINS
View item descriptions for the length of belts.
Chain belts are adjustable up to 42"
Please message us for adjusted & plus sizing. We are happy to accommodate ALL SIZES.

*If current materials available do not allow for adjustments, a refund will be provided. During busy seasons we can run out of supplies, but we do our best to avoid this.

CLOTHING

We aim to be as inclusive as possible. Many of our products are unisex, however some are labeled as “mens” or “womens." We encourage everyone to wear what they are comfortable in. Check the item image gallery for size charts. 

How do I wash/dry my items to take care of them?

Please check the garment tag for care instructions. If there is no tag or you are unsure we suggest hand washing with cold water only and a gentle detergent. Hang drying is always the safest bet when you’re unsure.
