I do recommend sizing up if you have thick thighs for the ideal baggy fit, but so so cute. I usually wear medium bottoms ordered a large to be safe and they fit so so well

There is no "panty" built into these (i prefer this) and wears true to size (I'm in a small).
The waistband is adjustable and high waisted. The fit is a big baggy/airy.
